Participation in the Arena is not an application for employment and creates no expectation of employment.
- No prize
- There is no prize of any kind. The Arena awards standing; the hiring process awards a job.
- Entry
- Free to enter, always. Sign up, pass the Proving (fixed published threshold), then complete your role's multi-scenario Arena test.
- Advancement
- Advancement is threshold-based. Leaderboards rank standing only and show the top 10; everyone else sees their own percentile privately.
- Pseudonymity
- You compete under an animal handle. Your name appears only if you opt in, or at the offer stage.
- AI policy
- AI is allowed and provided by Sitka. Every prompt is logged.
- Your work
- You keep all ownership. Sitka receives only a limited licence to receive, store and evaluate your submission.
- No biometrics
- No webcam proctoring, face matching, voiceprints or emotion inference.
- Feedback
- Every entrant who submits receives a written verdict within 14 days of the deadline, or a 45-minute live review with a judge.
- Two equal doors
- Every role can also be applied for normally. The Gauntlet is a fast lane, never the only way in.
